Under the patronage of His Excellency Eng. Musa Al-Maaytah, Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, a workshop entitled “Lessons Learned from Women’s Participation in the Local Elections 2022” was launched. 

The workshop had conducted with the participation of a group of women who ran for the municipal and provincial council elections. 

This workshop aims to assess women’s participation in the elections and hear the challenges they faced in the field.

The holding of this workshop comes as part of the Electoral Violence Observatory Project which was implemented by  Karak Castle Center for Consultation and Training in cooperation with Friedrich Ebert in Jordan.
