Digital safety sessions in the southern governorates (Karak / Ma'an / Tafileh / Aqaba)
Karak Castle Center for Consultation and Training implemented a digital safety project in cooperation with the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives. The project is targeting women and girls in the governorates of Karak, Tafila, Maan, and Aqaba.
During the session, the team talked about the concept of digital safety and the most prominent practices to be followed while using smart devices and social networking sites in general.
The project also includes a digital clinic service, which has been given free of charge to women and girls.Also, the team works on providing technical support and checking mobile phones and laptops for women and girls at the associations where digital safety sessions are held, or by communicating with the digital safety team.
